Is there a pickup service fee?
Yes. A service reduction of 5 cents per container applies to cover pickup and processing logistics.
Where is pickup available?
We currently service residential homes, condos, and businesses throughout:
- Greater Montreal
- Laval
- Terrebonne
- Repentigny
- South Shore

What if I have more bags than expected?
Simply place additional bags with your scheduled pickup. Final container counts are confirmed at the depot. Orders cannot be edited after submission but may be cancelled if necessary to be re-entered with edited info.
What does preferred pickup date mean?
Your requested date represents your preferred collection time. Routes vary weekly, and adjustments may occasionally be required. Our team will contact you if scheduling changes occur.
Where should bags be placed?
Leave recylcing bags in a safe, accessible location and provide clear instructions during booking, including access details or alternate contact numbers if required.
What is the Minimum pickup quantity ?
A minimum of 150 refundable containers is required for pickup service.
When will I receive payment?
Processing typically takes 24-48 hours after collection, though higher volumes may extend timelines slightly. a minimum balance of $25 may be withdrawn via e-transfer processed within 1–2 business days.
How far in advance can I book?
May be scheduled up to 30 days ahead. Earliest availability is generally within two business days.
How do Condo and apartment pickups work ?
Condo pickups are supported provided driver access is available or customers meet drivers outside.
Do you pick-up on the weekends ?
Weekend pickups are not standard but may be arranged for special or high-volume requests by contacting support.
