Additional Depoact Service Terms
9. User Responsibilities
Users of the Depoact platform are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted when creating requests, bookings, or service orders is accurate and complete.
Users agree not to submit requests for items or materials that are illegal, unsafe, or prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.
Depoact reserves the right to cancel or refuse any service request that violates these conditions.
10. Prohibited Items
Users may not use the Depoact platform to arrange the pickup, transport, or handling of:
- Illegal materials or substances
- Dangerous or unsafe materials prohibited by law
- Items that require special licensing or permits not supported by the Depoact platform
- Any items that could pose a risk to service providers, users, or the public
Depoact reserves the right to remove accounts or cancel requests that violate these restrictions.
11. Independent Service Providers
Depoact may connect users with independent vendors or service providers.
These vendors operate as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Depoact.
Depoact does not control the operations, performance, or actions of third-party service providers and is not responsible for their conduct.
Any disputes regarding services performed by a vendor must be resolved directly with that service provider unless otherwise specified.
12. Service Availability
Depoact makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform and services remain available. However, Depoact does not guarantee:
- Continuous service availability
- Immediate booking confirmation
- Specific pickup times or scheduling guarantees
Service availability may depend on location, vendor availability, and operational conditions.
13. Payments and Fees
If payments are processed through the Depoact platform, users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with services requested.
Depoact reserves the right to modify pricing, service fees, or payment structures at any time.
Users are responsible for reviewing pricing before confirming any service request.
14. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any activity performed through a user's account will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.
Users must notify Depoact immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.
15. Indemnification
By using the Depoact platform, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Depoact, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Submission of prohibited or illegal items
- Any disputes arising between users and third-party service providers
